Once you've placed your order, a confirmation email will hit your inbox. When your headphones are all packed up and ready to be shipped, you'll get another email with the final confirmation and your tracking number.

Please note: This information applies to orders shipped after the product becomes available in late August 2024. Pre-order customers will receive their products once they are in stock.

Exchanges & Returns

As per our Terms of Purchase, you have the option to return your Baud product within 14 days. To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Support Team during our business hours.

Claims
If you have received a faulty item or the wrong size, color, or product, the return/exchange will be free of charge. To initiate a claim, kindly contact our Customer Support Team during our business hours.

Uncollected Items
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms for orders outside the EU, an additional fee of $50 USD / £40 GBP will be charged upon return.

If an order is abandoned when ordering within Sweden or the EU, an additional fee of 130 SEK / €15 EUR will be charged upon return.

Parties Involved

The terms "you" or "yours" refer to the discerning consumer acquiring products from our website.

Covered Aspects

The Warranty extends for one (1) year from the original purchase date, safeguarding against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to adherence to the guidelines outlined in user manuals and related documentation.

Exclusions

The Warranty does not encompass products sourced from outlets other than our website or authorized Baud resellers, issues arising beyond one year from purchase, consumable components, cosmetic wear, damage resulting from accidents or misuse, deviation from usage guidelines, modified products, normal wear and tear, and instances involving theft or suspected theft.

Authorized Repairs

Authorized repairs are exclusively arranged through communication with our customer service team via hi@baud.audio. Any attempt at repair by unauthorized entities will void warranty coverage.

Solutions & Options

Options under the Warranty include repair with new or pre-used parts, replacement with a functionally equivalent product, or a refund in exchange for the returned product. It's crucial to note that a replaced or repaired product carries a 90-day warranty.

Limitation Of Liability

This Warranty is exclusive, replacing all other warranties. We disclaim liability for information loss during repairs and limit our responsibility to the purchase value of the product.
